這支廣告很簡單，就是代言人楊謹華分享她接觸皮拉提斯後的改變。但她整個人在鏡頭裡的光彩，讓整部片完全不需要過多的敘事或裝飾。我在剪接時特別注意她每一個小表情、每一次動作線條的流動，這些細節讓她的魅力更放大，像是她轉頭微微一笑的鏡頭，是需要回放無數次才能挑出最自然又最迷人的瞬間，放到最適合的位置上，讓每個畫面都像是藝術品。雖然整片沒有很複雜的剪接技巧，但那種簡單到極致的美感，反而成了這支影片的力量。
看著楊謹華自然又自信的模樣，讓人不自覺會心一笑，也覺得皮拉提斯真的很吸引人。這是一次輕鬆又愉快的合作！
This Pilates ad featuring Cheryl Yang was all about embracing pure beauty. The concept was simple—she shared her personal transformation through Pilates—but her on-screen presence made the entire film shine without needing much narrative or embellishment.While editing, I focused on every subtle expression and the flow of her movements, highlighting her natural charm. Her slight turn and gentle smile? I replayed it countless times to find the most captivating moment and placed it perfectly. Every frame felt like a piece of art.
Even though the editing wasn’t technically complex, the simplicity carried its own power. Watching Cheryl’s confident and radiant energy made you smile—and maybe even think about trying Pilates yourself. It was a fun and memorable project to work on!
